Order Modifications & Cancellations
All products are custom-made and personalized, so once an order is placed, it is immediately queued for production. Therefore:

Cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed.

Shipping address modifications are allowed within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact Customer Support within this window.
Damaged or Poor-Quality Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a poor-quality print:

Email us a clear photograph of the issue.

We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for damage during transit by shipping carriers.
Wrong Product Shipped or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item, send us a photo clearly showing the discrepancy.

If items are missing from your order, inform us and we will ship the missing item.

All such replacements will be provided free of charge.
Design Issues
If the design printed on your product differs substantially from what you submitted:

Send us a photo along with your order number.

Refunds, credits, or reprints are at the sole discretion of The Funkydelic Store.

We thoroughly investigate each case and aim for a fair resolution.
Sizing Issues
We provide detailed size charts on every product page to help you choose correctly.

Refunds are not issued for sizing disputes. Only exchanges are allowed.

For shoe size issues:

We cover the product cost.
-
Shipping fees for the new size are covered by the customer.
-
If the requested size differs by more than 2 sizes, it is treated as a customer error, and all costs are borne by the customer.

To request an exchange, please provide:

Reason for the exchange (e.g. too small, too wide)

New size requested

Your order number
Return to Sender – Correct Address
If your order is returned to us due to no fault of your own (e.g., courier error):

We will reproduce and reship your order free of charge after verifying your address.

Production timelines apply as with the original order.
-
If returned twice, you will be required to pay 50% of the order value to have it reproduced and reshipped.
Return to Sender – Missed Delivery Attempts
If the courier returns your order after missed delivery attempts:

You are eligible for a 50% refund of your order value.
-
To have the product reshipped, you must pay 50% of the order value (covers re-production and shipping).
Return to Sender – Address Changes
If the order is returned due to an address change after dispatch:

We will reship to the new address with a 50% fee of the original order value.
Return to Sender – Incorrect Address
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout:

The Funkydelic Store is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing the order.
Lost Orders – Incorrect Address
We are not liable for lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Return Policy & Time Limits

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

Used or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we cover the shipping fees.

If the return is initiated by the customer (wrong size, address, etc.), the customer covers the shipping fee, based on local courier rates.
Design Uploads & Content Responsibility
By uploading artwork or designs to The Funkydelic Store, you agree to the following:

You own the rights to reproduce the design or have obtained permission to use it.

You understand that infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other IP laws is illegal.

You release The Funkydelic Store from any legal claims related to design ownership or IP violations.
-
You indemnify The Funkydelic Store from any legal action, damages, or costs arising from claims related to your uploaded content.
We are not liable for production or delivery delays caused by flawed or infringing designs uploaded by users.
Orders Seized by Customs
Orders seized due to copyright or trademark violations are the customer’s responsibility. The Funkydelic Store is not liable for any losses or delays caused by customs authorities.
