Placing Your Order

To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, TFS will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.
To all UAE customers, please provide your PO Box or Zip code during checkout to avoid delays in processing and shipping of your orders.

Production time: All our products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Since all the designs are custom prints, all orders are produced within 4-6 business days.

Standard Delivery (Free Shipping): Estimated shipping time is 2 or 3 weeks after production:
Express Delivery: 3-10 business days

Order Confirmation and Shipment tracking
Once an order is placed you would receive an order confirmation email from The Funkydelic Store.
Not received an order confirmation email? First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts. Can’t find it? No worries, just contact us and we will help you!
Please allow 4-6 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is handcrafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. You can track your order using the tracking number or the order number received in the order confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames, please contact our help Customer Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist!
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your delivery location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping would be and you would have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Duties, Tax and Charges
Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our product price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
